Michael Strazzante, PA-C - Physician Assistant

Michael Strazzante has worked in the healthcare field for over 14 years. After obtaining his Associate degree in radiography, he was employed as a Radiologic Technologist in surgery. He soon completed his Bachelor’s Degree in Radiologic Sciences which gave him the expertise to properly read and diagnose advanced imaging studies such as MRIs and CTs. Michael then went on to attend and graduate from Rush University with a Master’s Degree in Physician Assistant Studies. After finishing graduate school, Michael was the Senior Practitioner and Practice Manager at an urgent care in Northwest Indiana for 3 years before joining Dr. Zeshan Hyder’s team. Michael has now been with Dr. Hyder for the past 5 years and has assisted Dr. Hyder in over 2,000 spinal surgeries.

Michael has an excellent bedside manner and a reputation for truly caring for his patients and is passionate about his work.

Michael has learned everything he knows about Orthopedic Spinal Surgery from Dr. Hyder. They discuss treatment plans and review all of the information on their patients thoroughly before making a surgical recommendation. Dr. Hyder and Michael alike will make every effort to alleviate a patients pain in a conservative manner.

Katie Webb, PA - Physician Assistant

Katie Webb is an attentive and personable provider from Indiana who is passionate about orthopedic care and dedicated for her patients' well-being. She has committed to expanding her knowledge in the field of minimally invasive spinal surgery since joining Dr. Zeshan Hyder's team in 2021.

She obtained her Bachelor's Degree in Athletic Training with a concentration in Applied Medicine and Rehabilitation, giving her a valuable foundation for sports medicine, therapeutic modalities, and conservative treatment methods. Katie then continued her education at Indiana State University, receiving her Master's Degree in Physician Assistant Studies where she completed orthopedic, surgical, and clinical experiences to prepare her to assist our patients to the fullest.

Katie has been assisting in the clinical care setting as well as the Orthopedic Spine Surgery environment with Dr. Hyder and Michael Strazzante to strengthen her patient responsibility and skills. They review and discuss individual information thoroughly with their patients before making any surgical recommendations or treatments.  Our goal for every patient is to make every effort available to alleviate a patient's pain with conservative measures before considering a strategic surgical approach with minimally invasive methods.
